NewManiaTattoos operates the online store at newmania.store, the gallery site at newmania.skin, and the Etsy shop at newmaniatattoos.etsy.com. We sell pre-cut temporary tattoos shipped from Greece.

Order data: name, email address, shipping address, and order details. This data is processed by PayPal as our payment provider. We receive your shipping details and order reference from PayPal to fulfil your order.
Custom order data: if you order a custom item (Custom QR Code, Custom Barcode, or Custom Text), you send personalisation details to info@newmania.skin. We use this data solely to produce your order and delete it after production.
Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate statistics only (page views, country-level visitor counts).
We do not collect payment card details. All payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not run marketing emails, retargeting, or behavioural tracking of any kind.
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing your order data is necessary to fulfil the purchase contract — delivering your tattoos to your address.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): we retain order records as required by Greek and EU tax and accounting regulations.

Order records (name, address, order details) are retained for 5 years after the date of purchase, as required by Greek tax regulations. Custom order personalisation data is deleted within 30 days of order completion.
PayPal may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Cloudflare processes data under its DPA with SCCs. We do not independently transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
